Mini CRM

The problem

Built as a take-home assignment: a CRM for sales reps — customers, notes, a timeline — with a few Claude-powered shortcuts (follow-up emails, note summaries, next-best-action) layered on top, without the AI features being load-bearing for the app to work at all.

What I built

• Built a full-stack CRM for sales reps — customer records, notes, and a timeline — with FastAPI and React.

• Layered in Claude-powered shortcuts (follow-ups, note summaries, next-best-action) without making AI a hard dependency — the app degrades cleanly with no API key.

• Wrote a fully deterministic test suite by mocking every LLM call, so tests run free and never hit a real API.
